321 Redwood Meadow Dr. will be auctioned at 2 pm Saturday, April 12, 2008 - The home will be open for previews from 11-2 pm on Saturday, April 5th & Sunday, April 6th and 1 hour prior to Auction. All auctions are held rain or shine!



AUCTION TERMS:  All prospective buyers must register to bid.  A $5,000 Cashier's check or certified check payable to Elite Auctions will be required to bid at the auction.  The successful bidder will be required to deposit a $5,000 non-refundable payment in Broker’s Trust Account until time of closing.
