5213 Deville Ct. will be auctioned at 1 pm Saturday, December 8, 2007 - The home will be open for previews from 1-3 pm on Saturday, December 1st & Sunday, December 2nd and 1 hour prior to Auction. All auctions are held rain or shine!



AUCTION TERMS:  All prospective buyers must register to bid.  A $10,000 Cashier's check or certified check payable to Elite Auctions will be required to bid at the auction.  The successful bidder will be required to deposit a $10,000 non-refundable payment in Broker’s Trust Account until time of closing.
