Meet Our Team:
Randy Grigg - President
Randy realizes that the buyers who have the money and/or credit necessary to purchase a given property, ultimately determine the true value. Therefore, why not just start with this truth! "By giving the general public a chance to participate at our live, on-site auctions and allowing adequate time to close escrow, anyone interested in buying could feel comfortable about being a bidder." Not only is a full set of disclosures and a termite report provided for the properties offered by auction but also a home warranty policy paid for by our company. Buyers who participate also know clear title is guaranteed if they're the winning bidder. The National Association of Realtors says that by the year 2010 one out of three properties will be sold using the auction method and we're just on the cutting edge.
Mike Grigg, AARE - Auctioneer / Agent
Mike graduated from the prestigious “World Champion College of Auctioneering” and has also participated in various charity auctions. He has been designated Accredited Auctioneer of Real Estate (AARE) by the National Auctioneers Association which gives him the knowledge and expertise to conduct professional real estate auctions. Mike handles real estate Agent/Broker operations and auctioneering responsibilities. He currently serves as Vice President on the Board of Directors for the California State Auctioneers Association (CSAA). Mike believes that the bidders determine the true value of real estate through the auction process.
Connie Waddell - Marketing Director / Ringman
Connie has extensive experience in marketing which helps clients understand how real estate auctions work. She has been involved with real estate for many years and knows what it takes to better serve California clients and their real estate needs. Connie has also graduated from the Professional Ringmen's Institute (PRI) which has provided her the knowledge needed to better assist bidders during the auctions. She feels that auctions allow buyers to determine the price!
Tenille Domaleski - Office Manager / Agent
Tenille has the skills necessary to make sure day-to-day operations run smoothly. She coordinates and handles escrows, directs clients to the proper associate, provides information to potential bidders, and assists with marketing projects. Tenille also handles accounting for each auction and manages the auction event planning. She has received extensive training on how to assist potential bidders with their auction questions.
Mark Fink - Agent / Auctioneer
Mark is an agent for Elite Auctions. He graduated from U.C.L.A. with a major in Economics, and he has held a real estate license for over 15 years. He started his real estate career sub-dividing a 100-acre farm into luxury home lots with his father. Ever since, he has been a successful real estate agent and investor. He has extensive real estate knowledge, and has personally owned residential homes, vacant land, and income properties. He came to Elite Auctions after selling his own home via absolute auction, and truly believes there is no better way to sell real estate. Mark is a member of the National Auctioneers Association and the California State Auctioneers Association.
Rick Werner - Agent
Rick's professional career includes over 25 years of executive level sales and management experience. He has an innate ability to think "outside to box" and is well known as a "problem solver with integrity." Rick recently returned from a 3 year sabbatical with missionary trips to Africa and India. He is detail oriented and believes trust and follow through should never be compromised. Rick is a member of the National Auctioneers Association, National Association of Realtors, and serves on the Board of Directors for the California State Auctioneers Association. Rick and his wife Monte Jean reside with their daughter Journey in Anaheim Hills, California.
Donna Hinton-Butcher - Agent
Donna is an Agent for Elite Auctions. She started her real estate career investing in residential properties, which she owns throughout the United States. This passion drove her to obtain her real estate license in 2003 working for a Century 21 office in Long Beach. Prior to real estate she worked for a major Entertainment company in Hollywood where she got a chance to express her creativeness. This led to enjoying the field of marketing. Donna often creates her own marketing material to send to clients who have commented about the personal and innovative touch displayed in her fliers and postcards.
When Donna is not involved in real estate she is off serving our country as a senior officer in the United States Army Reserve. A member for over 20 years, she has deployed to almost every major conflict our country has been involved and minor missions that establish good-will relationships with other countries by participating in humanitarian aid and civic action support to underdeveloped countries. Willingly supporting her country, Donna has been deployed twice in support of the Global War on Terrorism; one deployment was in Iraq where she was a senior commander.
